1.How to send the enquiry?

2. What is the format of the artwork/design should I send?
a. PDF, Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator.
b. If you don't have any artwork/design. We have a professional design team, just tell us your ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas into perfect products. It is also ok if you do not have the complete files. Send us high resolution images, we can design the layout you want. Please tell us the font name if you have special request on the fonts.
3. MOQ- What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ: 1 piece.
We welcome your sample or small order.
4.Offer free artwork?
Yes, we make arkwork free of charge for you, Tell us your detailed request, such as color, size, LOGO, message etc ,we will make artwork for you within 24 hours.
5. Could you please give me the quality sample?
If you need some samples for reference, please let us know your fully address/ship mode with courier, and we will arrange our available sample for your reference, and you just need to pay the freight.thanks!
6. How do I pay for my order?
PAYMENT TERMS: by T/T , Paypal, Western Union,Bank,Trade Assurance accept.
7. How long can I expect to get the sample?
After you pay the sample charge and approval the layout, mostly, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-5 days. The samples will be sent to you via express, it is ok to use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
8.How to make shipment?
Most small orders are shipped by express: FEDEX. DHL. UPS with door to door service. For big orders we will offer different ways: by sea or by air at your decision
