1. How to start my order and how to process with my order?
You can start your order with the following steps:
a. Please send us your inquiry or chat with us directly on the trade manager.
b. We will provide a quotation based on your product requests.
c. After agreeing to the conditions, we will send you a proforma invoice.
d. Please arrange the payment before we create the sample.
e. A photo of the sample will be sent for your final approval before mass production.
f. We will arrange delivery as soon as mass production is complete.
2. What format should the artwork/design be in?
a. PDF, CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator.
b. If you don't have any artwork/design, our professional design team can help. Just share your ideas with us andwe will transform them into perfect products.Even if you don't have complete files, send us high-resolution images and we will design the layout you want.
3. How much is the shipping cost to my country?
The shipping cost depends on the total weight of your packages and your location.
4. How long can I expect to get the sample?
After you pay the sample charge and approve the layout, generally,the samples will be ready for delivery in 2-3 days.The samples will be sent to you via express. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you don't have one.
5. How do I pay for my order?
We accept payment via PayPal, T/T (bank transfer), Western Union, or Escrow.
