1. How to start my order and how to process with my order?

2. What format should the artwork/design be in when I send it?
a. PDF, CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator files are preferred.
b. If you don't have any artwork/design, our professional design team can assist. Simply share your ideas andwe will help turn them into perfect products.If you do not have complete files, send us high-resolution images, and we can design the layout you desire.

3. How much is the shipping cost to my country?
The shipping cost depends on the total weight of your packages and your location or destination.

4. How long can I expect to receive the sample?
After you pay the sample charge and approve the layout, typically,the samples will be ready for delivery within 2-3 days.The samples will be sent via express shipping. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
