1. How to start my order and how to process with my order?
You can start your order with the following steps:
a. Please send us your inquiry or chat with us directly on Trade Manager.
b. We will provide you with a quotation based on your product requests.
c. Once terms are agreed upon, we will issue a proforma invoice.
d. Please arrange the payment before we proceed with the sample.
e. A photo of the sample will be sent for your final approval before mass production.
f. We will arrange the delivery as soon as mass production is completed.
2. What is the format of the artwork/design should I send?
a. PDF, CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator.
b. If you don't have any artwork/design, our professional design team can bring your ideas to life. Just tell us your concepts and we will transform them into perfect products. Even if you don't have complete files, send us high-resolution images, and we will design the layout you desire.
3. How much is the shipping cost/freight charge to my country?
Shipping costs depend on the total weight of your packages and the destination.
4. How long can I expect to get the sample?
After you pay the sample charge and approve the layout, the samples will be ready for delivery within 2-3 days. Samples will be sent via express. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have one.
5. How do I pay for my order?
We accept payments via PayPal, T/T (bank transfer), Western Union, or Escrow.
