2. What is the format of the artwork/design should I send?
a. PDF, CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator.
b. If you don't have any artwork or design, our professional design team can help. Just share your ideas, andwe will turn them into perfect products.It's also fine if you don't have complete files. Send us high-resolution images, and we can design the layout you envision.

3. How much is the shipping cost/freight charge to my country?
Shipping costs depend on the total weight of your packages and your location or destination.

4. How long can I expect to get the sample?
After you pay the sample charge and approve the layout, typically,the samples will be ready for delivery within 2-3 days.The samples will be sent to you via express. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
