1. How to start my order and how to process with my order?

b. We will provide a quotation based on your product specifications.
c. Upon agreement on the conditions, we will send you a proforma invoice.
d. Please arrange the payment to us before we create the sample.
e. A photo of the sample will be sent for your final approval before mass production.
f. We will arrange delivery as soon as mass production is completed.
2. What format should the artwork/design be in?
a. PDF, CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator.
b. If you don't have any artwork/design, our professional design team is here to help. Simply share your ideas with us andwe will transform them into perfect products. Even if you lack complete files, send us high-resolution images, and we will create the desired layout.
3. How much is the shipping cost/freight charge to my country?
Shipping costs depend on the total weight of your packages and the destination.
4. How long can I expect to get the sample?
After you pay for the sample and approve the layout, typically,the samples will be ready for delivery within 2-3 days. The samples will be sent via express delivery. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you don't have one.
5. How do I pay for my order?
