You can start your order by following these simple steps:

c. Upon agreement of the terms, we will send you a proforma invoice.
d. Please arrange the payment before we proceed with the sample production.
e. A photo of the sample will be sent for your final approval before mass production begins.
f. Delivery will be arranged promptly upon completion of mass production.
2. What format should the artwork/design be in?
a. PDF, Core Draw, or Adobe Illustrator.
b. If you don't have any artwork/design, our professional design team can help you. Simply share your ideas,and we will turn them into perfect products. No complete files? No problem! Send us high-resolution images, and we will design the layout you desire.
3. How much is the shipping cost/freight charge to my country?
The shipping cost is determined by the total weight of your packages and your delivery location.
4. How long can I expect to get the sample?
Once the sample charge is paid and the layout is approved, the samples will typically be ready for delivery within 2-3 days. Samples will be sent via express. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you don't have one.
5. How do I pay for my order?
We accept payment via Paypal, T/T (bank transfer), Western Union, or Escrow.
