1. How to start my order and how to process with my order?

b. We will provide you with a quotation based on your product requirements.
c. Once we reach an agreement on the terms, we will send you a proforma invoice.
d. Please arrange the payment to us before we create the sample.
e. A photo of the sample will be sent for your final confirmation before mass production begins.
f. We will arrange the delivery as soon as mass production is completed.
2. What format should the artwork/design be in?
a. PDF, CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator.
b. If you don't have any artwork or design, our professional design team can help. Just share your ideas with us, and we will transform them into the perfect products.If you don't have complete files, send us high-resolution images; we can design the layout you desire.
3. How much is the shipping cost to my country?
The shipping cost depends on the total weight of your packages and your location.
4. How long can I expect to get the sample?
After you pay the sample charge and approve the layout, the samples will typically be ready for delivery within 2-3 days. The samples will be sent to you via express. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have one.
5. How do I pay for my order?
